Our destination is set in a welcoming atmosphere in a rural desert environment surrounded by the beauty of the Coachella Valley. This is where you will enjoy our Salton Sea Sanctuary. Here you can enjoy a wonderful quiet and peaceful neighborhood where a positive flow of energy (on a daily basis) can be experienced and is believed by many to be true, because the Salton Sea is one of the lowest spots on the planet and is 138 feet below sea level.
This 3-bedroom home will be available as an AirBnB destination early December 2024. What is shown are photographic images of how the property was previously scheduled in 2023. About the Main House
This 3-bedroom home features a master bedroom and a private bathroom with a grecian tub & shower, two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a common kitchen, laundry room, living room with a queen size sofa bed, reclining chair, TV, DVD player and Internet. The main house accommodates 8-10 individuals as a family or meeting space. Additional gathering spaces are located outdoors and can accommodate more people.

Designed for the enjoyment of a peaceful experience with a fully fenced-in gated property with an easy access car port and parking inside the gated yard. Current photo available soon.

A little bit of history…
Attracting individuals, artists and healers from other parts of the state and the country to stay, relax, enjoy personal time to create art,participate in a variety of workshops and/or healing sessions is what makes our history memorable. It was during our off-season Airbnb calendar seasons that we invited and accepted a diverse group of artists, musicians, writers, actors, photographers, filmmakers and healers to join us in creating an enjoyable private gathering and/or events. These special gatherings/events were a big hit and they gave guests/visitors a day use opportunity to enjoy the peace and healing energy at this destination without an over-night booking. As we look to the future we plan once again to offer this type of enjoyment opportunity during our non-Airbnb season.
Shared spaces include:
COMMON BATHROOM: Shared between guest bedrooms 2 & 3 and all guests.
LINEN CLOSET: Towels, Sheets, Blankets, Ironing Board & Iron available for 8 guests.
KITCHEN PANTRY: Designated shelf space available for use by guests on the two lower shelves.

Outdoor Dining & Other Amenities
Each backyard space is modestly designed for relaxing and enjoying the beauty and surroundings with family, friends and new acquaintances. Photographs are documentations of our 2023 season highlighting backyard amenities of the patio, non-heated swimming pool, greenhouse accommodations with indoor jacuzzi and electric fireplace, BBQ, flat grill, pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, various outdoor dining tables & chairs, sitting bar & stools, a 3-person comfort swing, stage, gazebo with futon/double bed and privacy drapes, fire spits, and various outdoor sofas/lounges. The backyard 20′ COVERED PATIO offers a large lounging space perfect for setting up tables and chairs to enjoy creative expression, freeing the imagination and nourishing the soul. Guests often found this space ideal for reading a book on the patio sofa or enjoying a beverage or meal at the counter bar.
As shown in 2023, the OUTDOOR BBQ area was always ready to fire up your favorite grilled delights. Fully equipped with BBQ grilling accessories. Guests could relax and enjoy the 4-person side bar seating and two 4-person iron table settings. Set in a side garden environment under the trees this space accommodated 8-12 guests. Larger table settings were also available upon request.
Outdoor FLAT GRILL was always a big hit for our guests that enjoyed their own outdoor cooking.
Our FIRE PITS also served as an excellent catalyst for drum circles, engaging in good conversation or just meditating.
The MATRIMONIAL HAMMOCK provided hours of relaxation, comfort and enjoyment for one to two people. This open-weave hammock was built with spreader bars and many tension ropes for maximum comfort. It was constructed by the indigenous people of Zihuatanejo, Mexico. It is shown as photographed in 2023 as a free standing between the trees at the back end of the yard. This amenity need to be determined if a similar option will be available.
In 2023, TENT SPACES were also available upon request for a modest fee.
Outdoor Dining
The OUTDOOR BBQ area was always ready to fire up your favorite grilled delights. Fully equipped with BBQ grilling accessories. Outdoor Stage & Gathering Spaces
The OUTDOOR STAGE serves as our primary meeting space for presenters, bands, DJs, and ceremonies. The cabana faces a large cemented gathering space to the side of the stage that can accommodate up to 30 participants for classes, training and hosted retreats. This cemented area also serves as the perfect dance floor. Current photo available soon.
Greenhouse with Jacuzzi & Shower
The GREENHOUSE offered a peaceful and cozy environment with a futon (sleeps 2), ceiling fan, side chair, fireplace on one side of the room and on the other side a 5-6 person jacuzzi. This inviting space is adjacent to the non-heated swimming pool and outdoor shower. Current photo available soon.

PRIVACY CABANA
The PRIVACY CABANA provided a unique intimate outdoor space perfect for lounging, meditating, reading, and or sleeping on a futon sofa. This covered cabana with privacy drapes offers a private seating area and view of the main stage. Guests could more fully enjoy the space by closing the privacy curtains. You could even enjoy watching the moon rise from the bed. Current photo available soon.
Side Yard Lounging Areas
REFLECTION GARDENS are lined with sitting areas nestled between the fruit trees and hosted a comfortable sofa for lounging and meditation, a conversation table with seating perfect for smaller group activities, a round outdoor 2-person lounging bed, and a 2-person bar height table that offered a quiet sitting space for self-reflection and/or intimate conversations. A private smoking space with a coffee type table & four chairs accessible just outside of the greenhouse. Current photos available soon.
